Executive Team
Sunita holds a degree in Biochemistry and is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant. Her diverse career spans roles as a biochemist, corporate auditor, lecturer at a leading business school, and now as an edupreneur. Sunita’s approach to education focuses on nurturing student confidence, providing mentorship, and fostering strong partnerships with families to support children’s holistic development. Passionate about scriptwriting, she enjoys using her creative skills to explore storytelling. Sunita also enjoys traveling and mahjong.
Gazenia holds a Math Masters from LSE and a Bachelor’s in Education, with over 12 years of global experience, including consulting for Fortune 500 media companies in New York and Teach For India. Her expertise spans management consulting, research, marketing, HR, and business strategy. At Young Scholarz, she oversees operations and growth, ensuring the right systems, processes, and teams are in place to support teachers and students effectively. Outside of work, Gazenia enjoys learning the piano, traveling, gardening and long walks.
Student-Parent Coordinators
Roxanna holds a Master’s in English Literature and Sociology, a TEFL certification, and a Bachelor’s in Education and Sociology. With over nine years of experience, she has worked as an English teacher and Academic Coordinator. She finds great fulfillment in helping students grow in confidence and excel academically while also supporting teachers in designing dynamic and effective learning environments. In her free time, Roxanna enjoys painting and sketching, reading books, and learning new languages.
Teaching Support
Sakina holds a Master’s in English Literature and has freelanced for Parthenon EY and Toppr, gaining valuable experience in education. At Young Scholarz, she plays a crucial role in assisting with study materials and marking, providing students with accurate feedback to help them improve and succeed academically. Sakina finds it incredibly rewarding to contribute to a child’s academic growth and watch them progress. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys baking, staying fit through personal fitness routines, and exploring new cuisines.
Suchismita holds a Master’s in English Literature and has over three years of experience in crafting engaging educational materials. Her expertise spans developing high-quality content, curating tailored resources, and fostering student success through accessible learning tools. At Young Scholarz, she provides personalized support, feedback, and exam preparation. Outside of work, Suchismita enjoys gardening and cooking, finding relaxation and inspiration in both nature and the kitchen.
Finance
With a Commerce degree and three years of experience in operations and finance, Rishita focuses on ensuring students have all the resources and support they need to excel. She thrives on solving problems and finding efficient ways to help the team work seamlessly together, contributing to a smooth and effective workflow. Outside of work, she indulges in her love for design, enjoys staying active with badminton, and finds joy in cooking.
Creative & Technical Team
Praveen Ravindran has been associated with Young Scholarz as an IT Consultant since 2015, excels in IT Support, Infrastructure, and Project Management, specializing in sectors such as Ed Tech, Healthcare, and Data. His expertise includes C-level Customer Relationship Management, IT solutions design, and growth strategies. Outside of work, Praveen enjoys cultural documentaries, engaging podcasts, and exploring his culinary skills in the kitchen.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Parnas brings a fresh perspective to marketing. He looks to use his creativity and storytelling to showcase how helpful Young Scholarz is. Outside of work, you’ll often find him behind a camera, making short films, snapping photos, or unwinding at the gym.
