Students are under ceaseless pressure with the stress of exams, deadlines, peer pressure and working towards a career. In addition, you have to constantly adapt to an ever-changing environment. While you can’t always avoid the stress and pressure, it’s important for you to know that there are people who can help you. Our main objective is to offer a helping hand to our students dealing with parental and intrapersonal concerns, academic and teenage behavioral issues, grief and loss, couple therapy, LGBTQIA+ and queer affirmative therapy. Thus, the focus is on the student’s energy level and identifying and dealing with personal, behavioural, social and scholastic problems that affect student performance and achievement. We wish to offer a strictly confidential support system for the students to speak openly about their problems, without worrying about repercussions.
