I am a seasoned and adaptable educator with a strong background in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). With 8 years of teaching experience within the IB framework, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. Additionally, I serve as an IBDP examiner for Theatre and Film, further deepening my understanding of the curriculum. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Birmingham City University, and I am presently engaged in doctoral studies. My teaching journey has taken me to various international schools and programs globally, enriching my perspective and approach.
As an IBDP Film teacher, I have completed Category 1, 2, and 3 workshops from the British Film Institute, showcasing my commitment to excellence in film education. My proficiency extends to theatre education, where I am equipped with Category 1, 2, and 3 certifications in the IBDP curriculum. These workshops have enhanced my ability to deliver engaging and impactful theatre education, providing students with a well- rounded learning experience. In addition to my specialization in Film and Theatre, I am a dedicated Theory of Knowledge (TOK) teacher, having completed Category 1, 2, and 3 workshops.
