In this digital world, I operate with responsibility, creativity, flexibility and passion. After experiencing this global pandemic, I have been confidently teaching online and enjoying it. In Science, we are inclined towards the empirical approach of things to make sure everything is supported by facts and evidence. We always seek an excellent organizational structure to make meaning of the vast disorder happening around us. However, after teaching Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics for many years now, I know that there will still be times where we will be caught off guard by certain situations. As a teacher, I would always make it a point to handle such situations with composure and presence of mind. 

 

Since college, I was able to gather many teaching experiences in both private and public school teaching set-ups in both the Philippines and Singapore. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Science Teaching, Major in Physics, and have been teaching professionally for over 6 years now. I am able to handle classes for various Mathematics and Science courses which include General Science, Physics, Chemistry, Physical Science, Integrated Physics and Chemistry, Earth and Life Sciences, Algebra I & II, Integrated Mathematics, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics. 

 

I am continuously immersing myself in different workshops and seminars to improve my professional knowledge as a Math and Science teacher. I aim to provide comprehensive lectures, hand-outs and visual images or videos to help them understand the things that they are not grasping well. I hope to inspire my students to always have the will and passion to strive to become the best versions of themselves in the future so that they can also develop a sense of service to help others in myriad ways that they can.
